Is it possible to approximate this shape as a circle?

I have attached an Image that I need to approximate a circle to fit this shape so it is nearly uniform in all directions. ie. the top right corner in more circular.

I assum you already have the coordinates of the shape based on your previous quesiton.

Once you have the coordinates, you can use Circfit from the file exchange to fit a circle to the shape. Here's a demo using that function.
