how to call a function can you help me ?

Using its name will call it as long as it is visible to the caller.
x = 5;
sind(x) will call the sind function
cosd(x) will call the cosd function
etc.

if you mean a standard function, then type it in the search toolbar (in matlab window top right) and you can find the inputs and other options for using this function. If you mean your self defined fuction, then you've got to define it at the end of your script. For that, search for "function" in the searchbar and you find out, what and how you've got to define.
it would be better if you gave the name of the function you meant, but hope this general explanation helps.
