Finite- Difference Approximations for partial derivatives

how would i solve in Matlab a second partial derivatives for the function f(x,y)= 2x^4y^3 using the central differencees given that x=1 and y=1 with the step size dx=dy=0.1
i foudn the partial derivative equations to be shown below
