Speed Control of a dc motor with a speed sensor using pid control L298N driver

I am trying to control a dc motor using simulink ,this dc motor will be driven by L298N driver as well. speed sensor with an encoder disk having 20 holes is also integrated to the system. I need some help in how to draw the blocks in simulink .

The PID Controller for controlling the speed of a DC Motor can be implemented using ‘Simulink Control Design’. There is a new block in Simulink Arduino Support Package to handle the Arduino pins.
