Do the Dice and Jaccard functions work on my Nifty file?

I have 2 CT segmentations of a bladder, one real and one modified for the sake of this test. I want to compute the Jaccard and Dice coefficients but want to be sure that these functions work for my 3D array (512x512x295). Before I go forward I want to be sure my code compares the two segmnetations in 3D space and is not just comparing one slice? Any help is appreciated. The outputs are what I would expect them to be.

jaccard supports inputs of size 2-D, 3-D or n-D arrays whereas dice supports 2-D or 3-D inputs.
You can find this information in "Notes" section of the help text of the functions
help jaccard
help dice
Hope this helps!
