Signal analyser not loading signals on matlab 2019b

Hi, i upgraded from 2019a to 2019b this morning.
i cannot get signal analyser to load any signal, even tiny signal of 40 samples do not load, the wheel just spins indefinently
has anyone got any ideas on how to fix this other than downgrading?
