Hi guys,
Im running 2018b version, with Ubuntu 18.04. I already installed the support package and fixed the toolchain for the firmware.
I just bought my first pixhawk 4 (by radiolink), and im trying to simply read the accelometer sensor with a simple model in the simulink:

when I try to build the model and start read the values, I get the following message:

I opened the Model Configuration Parameters, and tried to figure out what ports should I set.
I opened a new terminal window and type lsusb, and I found out the it is "ttyACM0", so I set this port in both "Building Options" and "External Mode", but It still dosent work and I get the same error.
Here is how I tried to set the ports on the Model Configuration Parameters:

anyone have an idie what may be the problem?
Thanks,
Iftach.

How have you connected the Pixhawk to the PC. Direct USB cable connection or via telemetry. This port mapping might help.
