Hello,
I have a very simple circuit taken from simscape library in simulink. My circuit is made of a definite gain opamp, a capacitor, an input resistor and a load reistor. It is basically a very simple integrator (I even tried just an opamp). I am running them in discrete variable (also tried discrete fixed-step). I want to initialize capacitor votlage and other things to start from zero). So, i clicked power gui->tools->Initial state. I get the error as attached in the picture. I thought this as a bug in MATLAB2018a and read in some forums that the previous version works. Hence I tried in versions- 2015a, 2013a. But I observed the same error.
On trying to get details from command windows, I get the following-
Attempt to reference field of non-structure array.
Error in power_initstates_pr>EvaluateTheModel (line 640)
Error in power_initstates_pr>UpdateButton_Callback (line 494)
Error in power_initstates_pr (line 48)
Error in power_initstates (line 24)
power_initstates_pr(varargin{:});
Error while evaluating UIControl Callback
Also attached the screenshot of the error message I get. Can anybody help me with this error ?
Thanks

The model is implemented in Simscape technology. Therefore, there is no need to include a powergui block.
