3-phase AVR using Thyristors with fixed output AC voltage and variable input voltage

I have to get fixed 240 V 50 Hz as output voltage AC and the input can range from 150-250. I have using 6 thyristors model, and cannot get fixed 240 V as output. My output is varying. What should i do?
