Can I still use a expired licence?

I have a licence with toolboxes which have expired maintenance. Can I still use them?

Assuming you have a perpetual license and only the maintenance subscription has expired, the answer would be yes. If you want an official answer you should contact Mathworks support directly with the phone icon at the top of the page.
