How to add positioning reference signal(PRS) to LTE RF signal in "matlab:ed​it('sdruLT​E2x2SIB1Rx​.m')"?

Hello,everyone,I am very sorry to trouble you but i meet some questions when i want to add positioning reference signal to "matlab:edit('sdruLTE2x2SIB1Rx.m')".What should i programm so that i can transmit LTE signal which contains PRS by USRP X310?
