how do I get the values of a matrix using movsum to add 90 consectuive cells in the matrix?

ex. I have 0 and 1 within a matrix, I want to see if there are 90 consecitives 1's within the matrix and what is the freqency of it is
Additional if cells 2 to 92 had 90 consecutive ones, i'd like it to reflect 90 but if it was 30 consecutive ones in a 90 cell range then i'd like the value to reflect 30

This task will be trivial if you use the RunLength utility from the File Exchange.
