difference in values from similar blocks

I'm doing a discrete mode simulation of an electrical network using simpower systems. the loads in the model have a P/Q ration of 3.3 (P-real power, Q-reactive power) I have 2 disctere measurement blocks among others in the model;
(1) discrete 2 phase total power and
(2) discrete 3 phase positive sequence active and reactive power
the values for active and reactive power i get from the two blocks is very different (the former returns a higher value))because the 2nd block uses the phase angle difference to compute P and Q (realised this by looking under the mask).
*what's confusing me is the fact that the simulation run gives me values of Q greater than P. *
Note:the network voltage is about 270V(p-p)
Anyone knows what happening?
