Matlab purchase and licensing questions

Hello,

I have several questions:

1. Is there a way to puchase MATLAB directly from Mathworks and not through the distributor (for countries outside the US)?
2. Is the price of MATLAB and its toolboxes the same for countries outside the US?
3. Is the academic pricing and all license options (including the student version) available for countries outside the US?
4. Is the MATLAB student version still valid if a master's student graduates and enrolls in a PHD program right after?
