Fitting with constrained coefficients

Hi everyone!
I created a fittype object, but I want to impose constrained coefficients and fixed value, for example:
L0 = 1;
up = 1;
ft1 = fittype(@(K,Cb,b,x) up*K^Cb*x + L0*(exp(x)-1).^b, 'independent','x');
where K>0, Cb>0. How can I impose this? Is the code right for fixed values (L0 e up)?
Thanks a lot in advance. Pinco

You might want to have a look at: fminsearchbnd, that you can find in the file exchange :
Cheers!
