Is there anyway to deploy a program with running as administrator as default

I am using matlab 2009b. And I have an application built by matlab, I would like to run this file as admin right (manually, I change the option in properties of this executive file). My question is: Is there anyway to deploy a program with running as administrator as default.
As in C++, I can add manifest file to assign the executive file running as admin by default. Is it posible in matlab?
