Calling a Simulink Parameter From Mfile

Hi, I need someone to help me with calling my simulink model parameter form an Mfile. I am building a transmission line model with RLCG PUL parameters. I need to change the PUL parmater for each value of the frequency . I have designed the distributed circuit but my mifile doesnt seem to read the my simulink model.
