Substracting the value of upper row from all the values from the subsequent rows individually ?

How can I Substracting the value of upper row from all the values from the subsequent rows individually and store the new values in a matrix/array ?
For Example I have a table :
2130.18
2217.22
2334.24
2433.29
and I want to substract like :
2217.22 - 2130.18
2334.24 - 2130. 18
2433.29 - 2130.18
and store the new values in an array ?
Please help I am new to matlab

out = A(2:end) - A(1);
