Has R2019a got a SysML environment?

Has R2019a got a SysML environment that kinds of an API or Toolbox which can have abilities and functions of SysML blocks creation like Enterprise Architect?

System Composer is a SysML environment that debuted in 2019a.
IMHO It looks very capable, but it seems more focusd toward a product line as opposed to a system of systems level. We just purchased some seats, but I haven't gotten to use it yet, just saw a demo walkthrough.
That makes sense because that's more the way the rest of the Mathworks product lines are directed from simulation -> PIL -> HIL -> Product Testing -> repeat.
