FIND AND CONCATENATE MATCHING ROWS

I have some spheres in a cylinder with their positions (x,y,z coordinates) and their 3 principal axes measered, then i joggled the cylinder and got the new sphere location and positions and re-calculated three principal axes.
I want to match the spheres before joggling and after joggling to enable me calculate the distance the spheres have traveled.
The Excel data, before and after joggling is sheet 1 and sheet 2 respectively of the attached file SPHERES.
Please, what is the best approach to match these sphers to their counterpart to enable calculation of their movement?
