I have a 3D MRI image with me and I want to plot a histogram of it's value. Can someone please suggest a way to plot the same ?

Try this:

histogram(mriImage3D);

where mriImage3D is your 3D MRI image variable.

I tried to apply histogram but i was not able to get a correct plot that can depict all the pixel values available in the MRI Image. I have attached the result that I received.
