I have an image I(i,j) For each pixel I(i, j), I need to calculate 5 mean values I^(k); (k = 1,2,3,4,5) in five 7 * 7 windows W^(k) with pixel I(i,j) ,being located in the centre, top-left, top-right,bottom-left, and bottom-right of the window.
I got paused here in my project. anyone please help me.

Have a look on the knnsearch you can get the desired number of neighbor indices with which you can get the mean. Or You can get the neighbors of (i,j) using
(i,j-1) - left
(i,j+1) - right
(i-1,j) - top
(i+1,j) - bottom
