If you want to run a course hosted on MATLAB Grader platform: 

MATLAB Grader is freely available to anyone with a MathWorks account associated with a MATLAB license that is currently on maintenance. An institution may implement its own policies governing use of third-party tools. Check with your IT support group to determine if approval or review is required. For more information on getting started with MATLAB Grader:

If you want to run a course on MATLAB Grader in Learning Management System: 

MATLAB Grader integration into a learning management system (LMS) feature requires a Campus-wide license. Integration typically requires administrator privileges on the LMS. Contact your IT support group for additional requirements placed on third-party applications integrated into your LMS.
