how convert live video recorded by matlab to a single 3D image

Hi Dears, I ask how can I convert live video recorded by matlab to a single 3D image , I have an object and the camera image parts of it , so i want to image it by video camera and in the same time matlab convert the live video to singl 3D image of the complete object.
I will be very thankful for any help.
