Multiple Linear regression and PCA/Multiple Factor Analysis (MFA) categorical and quantitative variables

I am trying to analyze my data with both PCA and Multiple Linear regression. However, my variables, organized by column, are a mix of quantitative and categorical variables, so I need to change from PCA to MFA. Can I still use the "PCA" command to perform an MFA? How do I identify which variables are quantitative and categorical? Thank you in advance.
