i want to print a 3x3 matrix with spacing 1.5 between the elements of the matrix.

The question is not clear. What kind of "spacing" do you mean? The values of the output? 1.5 what?

@vineetha koduri: What values are in the matrix, and how should they be formatted? Where do you want to "print" these values? Have you tried using fprintf?
