how to solve timeout error using instrument toolbox control on agilent spectrum analyzer N9320B?

I'm currently using USB connection from spectrum analyzer N9320B into computer. As i using the instrument toolbox control to controlling this instrument device. the connection was fine but as i enter 'curve?' the read show visa error time out (Visa ErrorCode: 0xBFFF0015 (-1073807339)). For information i already installed IVI compliance package national instrument and the agilent N9320B driver. other than that as i executed fopen(MXA) it shown that the address does not available.
