A signal is using Floating Point format and defined in a dbc file. Can/will MATLAB/VNT use the format information in the dbc file to print or graph this signal, or do I have to convery this data in my program?

I'm using MATLAB Vehicle Network Toolbox and I'm receiving a signal from a CAN bus that I want to display in a linear graph. The signal is transmitted in standard four-byte floating point format, and it's described as a floating point signal in my database file (.DBT file). I can't seem to find any built-in floating point support. Do I have to create this or am I missing it?
