I have been trying to estimate two parameters (Ea, deltaH) in the following ODE using Ode5 and fminsearch but couldn't find a way to do it.Ea, R, rho, cp are known parameters. I have set of recorded data and I want deltaH and Ea such that the T estimated from ODE should be as close as possible to my data. Any help will be appreciated.
dT/dt = (exp(Ea/R*T)*deltaH/rho*cp)

Are you fitting your differential equation to data or do you want to optimise it with respect to ‘Ea’ and ‘deltaH’?

I want to fit it to data by adjusting Ea and deltaH
