How can I generate C code from Simscape models to use in other simulation platform?

1 view (last 30 days)
I intent use the C code (function or piece of code) inside a bigger system developed in some C IDE. I particularly interested in models from Sysmcape - power systems.
From what I understand a generation of simscape model code is only for HIL or stand-alone applications, but on the simscape release page there is also the information: "You can also deploy the C code to other simulation environments for real-time testing of hardware or software" and "Model-generated C code can be incorporated into other simulation environments, such as flight simulators for testing flight software and hardware".
I'd like to know if is really possible or not. And, where I can get information, examples to do it. Because I've already read lots of simscape's documentation and didn't find any information about C code generation to Integrate Models into Other Simulation Environments.
Thanks a lot.
