How to write a code for averge of a signal Pa=((1/N)*(SIGMA i=m-N+1 to m) P) ?

It's my humble request to everyone if a possible kindly answer this question. Actually, I want to evaluate average power cycle at each sampling point with sampling frequency = 2khz.
