if possible can you show how it works for the 3 cases One after the other, or simultaneously, or pairwise

Maybe it is more efficient, if you explain at first with more details, what you want to do. I'm even not sure what a 5x5x1 kernel is. Spending time to display all possible solutions sounds like a waste of time compared to specifying, what is actually needed.
