How to display data against time and location (coordinates)

First and foremost, I am trying to imagine being able to scroll through a set of time to see a change in data. The data I have is in columns (see attached & table created). I can plot pkKA (peak current in kilo amps) against longitude and latitude, but how would I add in the variable of time for each pkKA? Possible GUI? Is it possible to have the scatter plot points (pkKA) change in color in order to remove the 3rd dimension and have a 2 dimensional plot?

You can control the color of the scatter points using the c parameter of the scatter() function. https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/scatter.html
