How to retrieve the save data in database to display on this three axes

I want to do a color matching for this garment. I want to match this red top with a yellow skirts. I already save the data in the database. Can I know how to retrieve the data from database so I can make the yellow skirts appear on the axes? I am thinking of using if else but I don’t have any idea on it. Really need your help. The garment data already saved in the database.. for an example it is red color and is a top..now i want to match with a yellow skirt and i want to get the yellow skirt from the sql(database) Any idea?
