I have a data set of 10 different objects. Each column of this data set has Time ,Position(X,Y,Z), Velocity(X,Y,Z), and Acceleration(X,Y,Z). ECEF and ECI coordinates used for XYZ.
How can I use the information provided to cluster or link data together. I have looked into pdist, linkage, clusterdata, and dendrogram in MATLAB but I am still not sure how to tackle this problem.
My goal is to cluster these objects together depending on the distances between the Position, Velocity, and Acceleration. Cluster objects with similar Position, Velocity or acceleration together.
My data is a structure of the following format. data [ 1 x 1 struct] data.objects [ 1 x 10 struct] data.objects(1) [ N x 9], where N = # of indexes and they vary per object.
Any help would be appreciated.

dendogram should work for you. What problem you are facing?

Hey,
I have the same problem here :) did it solve your problem? how did you implement the linkage function or clustering method? my data is also a structure and I'm struggeling to use those function on a structure
Thanks
Viktoria
