how to identify the white circles and dark circles from an image

how to identify the white circles and dark circles from an image. The first image is input. The second one is i did complement and found the centroids of the circle. With positions remaining unchanged, how to find which positions contain circles are black and/or which are white.

The min and max radius can vary. Also it can be any shape objects... i wanted to find the white ones from the black ones
