Simulink r2015b takes more than 10 minutes to start

Hi,

I have an academic license for both matlab and simulink. Matlab starts in an acceptable time but simulink takes at least 10 minutes every time.

Could you help me to solve this problem?

There might be a relation to a missing or malfunctioning network printer connection. Can you try to set your default printer to a local "PDF Printer" and see whether this leads to a change?
