How to implement interp2 within Simulink

Is there a way to implement interp2(A,B,C), where size(A) = size(B) = size(C) = [480,640], within Simulink without using a Matlab function?
I thought about a LookUpTable, but didn't know how to use one with Matrices.

There is a 2-D Lookup Table block where you can enter 2 vectors for the breakpoints and a 2-D matrix for the table data. See here:
