Hello,
I have tried to create a stateflow with a Truth_table function inside -> see Stateflow_Truthtable picture. When I have made build the transitions / conditions have been created as it can be seen in the TruthTable_build_result picture. However, by running the Matlab Model_Advisory Tool a warning appears regarding the creation of the TruthTable build (please see Model_Advisory picture). As it happens all the transitions which have actions assigned are drawn in an horizontal way instead of a vertical one.
Is there a way to correct this warning? I would like not to suppress it! Is there a problem with how I have written the Truthtable? Or is there a way to build the truthtable according with db_0132?

I'd suggest reaching out to MathWorks technical support and flagging this as a bug.
I wouldn't think that the MAAB standards should ding you on auto-generated flowcharts from Truth Table blocks, since the readability should have to do with the Truth Table itself and not what's under the hood.
