Any mixed signal library version suitable for MATLAB2013b？

I have got MATLAB2013b. I wanted to do simulation with SERDES model available in Mixed signal library in Simulink. the versions I got it from the Matlab website supports Revision 2015a, 2015b and 2016a versions only. Is there any way it can work with the 2013b?

I would expect the developers of the library would have placed a R2013b version at the same download link you used.

There might be a version available if you contact your local MathWorks office directly. There is always the possibility such a library was developed and then not published.

Backporting to an earlier release might be difficult. What is the reason you cannot upgrade?
