How can I mosaic hyperspectral image by using SIFT and RANSAC algorithms

hello everyone I got this a code of image mosaicking from the below link http://www.vlfeat.org/applications/sift-mosaic-code.html I want to know is this code is applicable for hperspectral images if yes could anyone tell me what changes I have to make in given code to process my images.
