Why Embeeded coder generate variables that declared but never used in the body of function?

Hi,
I don't understand why coder is generate declaration of variables that don't used in the body of function <modelname>_Init. The function <modelname>_Init is generated from referenced subsystem. Please see attach to find out how variables looks like. MATLAB R2015a
