How to read a QR code from a live video?

I am using a smartphone camera connected to a wifi and i am able to preview the live video in my matlab window now i want to program matlab to recognize and decode QR code on the video and run specific set of programs in matlab based on the QR which is detected???? How can i possibly do it????
