how get one value from uitable in GUI MATLAB

i have store the excel data in uitable in GUI.
i attempt to get one of their value by clicking in any cell in uitable2.
how can i do that ?

Is this the same question as https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/328179-get-value-in-cell-inside-uitable-by-click-on-that-cell? Then please process the problem there until it is solved. Thanks.
