about Bluetooth Voice Transmission frequency band

there is a model in simulink about bluetooth voice transmission https://www.mathworks.com/help/comm/examples/bluetooth-voice-transmission.html this model operates in the 2.4 GHz Industrial, Scientific, and Medical (ISM) band, and in this model the carrier frequency of 2.4 GHz didn't add to the transmitted signal , what is the reason of that ??
