How can I calculate the noise result from occurred 3-phase to ground fault in AC grid that by compare the sin wave for voltage in steady state and transient state?

I designed meduim voltage power system grid and I add three phase faults in certain point in the ring,that to study the effect on AC and DC circuits that by analysis each signal in steady state and transient state
