Imported Data in time domain to frequency domain

Hi,

I have some data of a cars response that I'd like to show in the frequency domain instead of the time, I think this would be done with the fft function but I am unsure exactly how. Its sample rate is 200Hz. I'd like to be able to show it in terms of Hz not of a normalized frequency. I am fairly new to the matlab experience so if it could be explained in simple terms I would be hugely grateful.
