My GUI fig file doesn't run the code?

I have two files from GUI, one appears as an interactive fig and the second is the script. When I run the script the fig works fine, but if I opened the fig file without the code it doesn't work. I don't know why they are not connected! Is there any way I can create a fig file from the script? I hope it's clear.
