3D spatial transformation

MATLAB has a function cp2tform for 2D spatial transformation from control point pairs. Does anyone know a similar function for 3D spatial transformation?

On MathWorks, you can look for "absoluteOrientationQuaternion.m"... It would allows you to have the scale factor (s), the rotation (R) and the translation (T).
