Integrate unevenly spaced discreet data on non uniform grid

I have a string of data E=6032*1, with the corresponding point location Location=6032*3 (coordinates in x,y,z). How can I integrate E over my volume considering the point location?
knowing that the string of data location corresponds to volume element of different sizes.
